If you are an applicant for a loan, we collect visitor information as well as your email address and all non-public personal information you provide on your loan application including your Social Security Number. In addition, we may receive information from a consumer reporting agency including your credit history and creditworthiness. We may store and use this information to process your application and to contact you regarding your application, even if you have not completed all of the loan application, and for our marketing purposes.

If you are a customer, a past or present loan applicant who is approved for a loan, we collect the same information as for a loan applicant as well as information needed to process your loan including but not limited to information related to your account with us (your transaction history, account balance, account activity, etc.) and, possibly, electronically signed agreements.

If you choose to give us any personal information, we may store it and use it for marketing and marketing research, as well as to complete your transaction and to provide services to you..

Use of Cookies

If BSL Financial Services uses a third party to service your loan or to assist us to underwrite or originate your loan, we will require them to comply with our privacy policy. However, some business transactions or following laws and regulations, may result in your information being transferred to other third parties, like loan purchasers or federal or state regulatory agencies. In such circumstances, we cannot control how that third party may handle your information. Notice of changes

BSL Financial Services reserves the right to modify our Privacy Policy as needed. If you are a BSL Financial Services customer, you will receive a written or email notification of the changes. Former customers, applicants who did not receive a loan, and other people who visit this Web site will not receive direct notices. Any alterations to the Privacy Policy will be posted on our Web site in a timely manner and people who are not BSL Financial Services customers will find our current Privacy Policy there. This policy's effective date, which indicates the last time it was changed in a significant way, is found at the beginning of the policy. California Residents

California residents have the right to receive information identifying each third party company to which we have disclosed, within the past calendar year, your personal information, including information pertaining to your family, for the company to provide services or for marketing purposes. If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend's name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. BSL Financial Services uses this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email. We do not store this information in a database.

By communicating positive comments to BSL Financial Services regarding BSL Financial Services's products and services you consent to allow BSL Financial Services to use those comments in whole or in part in BSL Financial Services's promotional materials as well as third-party materials promoting BSL Financial Services products. BSL Financial Services shall never use your full name, only your initials or first name and the initial of your last name and location, when identifying the source of the comments.
